Current memes are ones that go out of date in a few weeks or months. They are usually about if a public figure said something about long covid, or a post from social media of someone who just got long covid from a reinfection, or maybe an article from the mainstream media raising awareness about long covid. These memes usually raise awareness that covid is not over and that long covid is going up as people keep catching covid.
I suggest post two descriptive memes followed by one current meme, then repeat. As always, space the posts apart. Make a post every 5-6 days. Put a reminder in your calendar.
In your text I suggest put some comment that summarises the idea that the number of long haulers is rising fast. eg:
